Shirley LaJoie
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Ms. Shirley LaJoie is the Chief Operating Officer for ReliaSource. She has been in IT since 1981 when she joined the Air Force as a mainframe computer operator. During her military career, she was actively involved in a variety of cutting-edge projects during two decades of rapid technology changes in the IT industry. In the late 90s, she transitioned into Information Security supporting critical Intelligence Mission Applications. She retired from the Air Force in 2002 and entered her government contractor career where she has held leadership roles that have included Project Manager for Intelligence Applications, Director of an Information Assurance Department, Senior Security Manager on a large federal contract, and Portfolio VP for a Cyber Focused company. For the two years prior to her current role at ReliaSource, she provided Sales Operations and Strategy leadership for the federal Health sector of a large government contractor.
Over the past 20 years as a contractor, she has supported a broad range of federal clients but has primarily focused on federal civilian agencies since 2011. Shirley is passionate about the people she works with and really enjoys helping every employee reach their potential.
